Welcome back to another Kraft Korner blog! Unfortunately last week’s blog was missed as I was visiting family, but I’m back this week with more Kraft Korner things to share. So, what have I been up to since my last blog post?

Droitwich Market

For those of you who read one of my previous blogs where I couldn’t upload images in portrait and they were all on their side: I worked out how to rotate them finally! Perhaps my technology skills are improving!

Anyway, on Friday 6th February I went to my favourite market in Droitwich and advertised some of my items- mainly crocheted clothes and accessories. It was very rainy and cold, however, which wasn’t so fun! I’ll be returning to this market this Friday, 27th Feb, if you’re local and would like to come and see my products!

Valentines Day

Another thing happened over the past couple of weeks- Valentines Day! Or, in my case, Galentine’s Day! I had a lovely day celebrating with my friend Lucy and we did a new type of craft- painting!

Here’s me holding my creation- a painted moon potion bottle! My day job is at Pretty Pots Ceramics cafe in McArthur Glen Outlet (Cannock), so on my day off I went in as a customer and had a go at some painting myself. It was such a fun activity and I always love exploring crafts outside of my Kraft Korner niche.

Wednesday Night Crafting Session

Then, on Wednesday evening I had my weekly event at The Light Cinema in Walsall hosting a crafting night for the public. This week I was making some beaded chilli keyrings which I will attach below!

I am obsessed with how they turned out and can’t wait to sell them at my next market! I also made a little beaded shark which you can see in the background- I’m still perfecting that design, though!

I also bought some brand new sparkly bicone beads for the craft nights, and they went down a treat on Wednesday! They’re the perfect size for a dainty bracelet or necklace, while also being a statement with their stand-out colours and sparkles!
